Peaches and Cream Iced Tea from Naturally Scotland

Peaches and Cream Iced Tea: Summer in a Glass

There’s nothing quite like the juicy sweetness of ripe peaches paired with the refreshing lift of iced tea on a hot day. This Peaches and Cream Iced Tea recipe takes it a step further: we infuse the cream with Brodies Raspberry & Peach Tea, adding subtle berry and peach notes to a silky, lightly sweetened cream that swirls beautifully through your glass. The result? A drink that’s as stunning as it is delicious—perfect for garden parties, brunch, or a luxurious afternoon treat.

Instead of overpowering the fruit, the tea-infused cream enhances the natural peach flavor and adds a gentle floral complexity. Using Brodies Raspberry & Peach Tea ensures a balanced, aromatic base that’s never artificial or cloying. Serve over ice, garnish with fresh peach slices and raspberries, and enjoy a taste of summer in every sip.

🍑 How to make a Peaches and Cream Ice Tea Frappé

Ingredients

  • 3 Brodies Raspberry & Peach Tea bags
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (for cream, optional)
  • Fresh raspberries and mint, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew the Tea:
Steep the Brodies Raspberry & Peach Tea bags in 2 cups boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove bags and stir in 2 tablespoons honey or sugar while hot. Let cool.
  2. Prepare the Peach Base:
In a pitcher, muddle the peach slices to release juice. Pour the cooled tea over the peaches, add 1 cup cold water, and stir. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Infuse the Cream:
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until steaming (do not boil). Remove from heat, add 1 Brodies Raspberry & Peach Tea bag, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag, stir in 1 tablespoon honey or sugar if desired, and chill cream.
  4. Assemble the Drink:
Fill glasses with ice. Pour peach tea over ice, filling each glass about 3/4 full. Gently float a few tablespoons of the chilled, tea-infused cream on top. Garnish with peach slices, raspberries, and mint.
  5. Serve:
Swirl before drinking for a marbled effect and balanced flavor.
